DTIC-IAC is the Defense Department’s primary contract vehicle for research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) services and research and development analytical services supporting three domains — defense systems, cyber security and information systems, and homeland defense and security.

Information Technology Enterprise Solution - 3 Services (ITES-3S), U.S. Army, September 2018, $12.1 Billion, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (Subcontractor)

The Army awarded ITES-3S to procure commercial IT services including cybersecurity, integration, consolidation, telecommunications, supply chain management, operation and maintenance, business process engineering, and education and training.

SeaPort - Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG), U.S. Navy, December 2018, $5 Billion/year, Basic Purchase Agreement (Subcontractor)

The Navy intends to use SeaPort-NxG to purchase engineering support services and program management support services across 23 functional areas.

Cyber Mission Systems, Kitting, and Supplies (CMS), U.S. Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) Atlantic, August 2018, $950 Million, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (Subcontractor)

SPAWAR will use the CMS contract to buy systems that provide wireless and communications, detection, collection and exploitation of electrical and electronic equipment to support the warfighter.

SOCOM Wide Mission Support (SWMS-B), awarded by the U.S. Special Operations Command, October 2015, $450 Million, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (Subcontractor)

SOCOM will use the SWMS-B contract to procure advisory services, business operations support, other knowledge-based services and personnel, including intelligence analysts and subject matter experts.
