Senior Executive/ Senior Program Manager

Mr. LaBrecque has over 35 years of professional experience, including 19 years of experience in systems design, integration, and life cycle management. He also has over 20 years experience in large-scale program and project management. Key skill areas include: Business Development; Business Capture; Relationship Management; Program Management; Logistics; Life Cycle Management; Business Process Review, Change Management, and Business Process Reengineering; Systems Design, Integration, and Training, New Systems Design Fielding and Integration ; Strategy and Operations Planning; Requirements Analysis; Project Management and Integration. Mr. LaBrecque provides business strategy, capture, management, marketing, and training consultancy services to a variety of clients. He provides and delivers training as an adjunct professor for a major international consulting firm in the areas of business strategy fundamentals and development, marketing and business capture.

He serves as a Business Consultant for a number of companies responsible for expansion of capabilities, business and strategy development, marketing, and program and project management. His responsibilities include identification of new markets and customers, client interface and opportunity identification. Mr. LaBrecque has served as a Senior Executive in several federal government focused consulting companies where he was responsible for business development, strategy development, expansion of capabilities, staff development and deployment.  Before entering business, Mr. LaBrecque was an officer in the U.S. Army.

Mr. LaBrecque currently serves as a Director on the board of a Credit Union. He holds a Master of Project Management with Distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management.
